Code as a Metacapability
Code generation is a metacapability: the ability to create other capabilities at runtime. Code is precise, executable, combinable, and therefore spawns new tools, new constraints, and new forms of representation. Six directions “from inner to outer”: (1) thought tool; (2) business rule constraints; (3) multimedia generation; (4) system adapters; (5) generative UI; (6) agent self-bootstrapping. Working code itself serves as proof of logical consistency—natural language cannot provide this.
