Proposer-Reviewer

The proposer-reviewer paradigm: one model proposes an action, the other independently verifies it.

Two mechanisms:

• pre-agreement — like dual authorization in banking; for irreversible operations: payments, sending emails, changing configurations;
• post-hoc verification with modality switching — render a document and check visually, run the system in a sandbox.

Rules:

• models from different families of comparable level (cognitive diversity);
• basic rules coincide, focus differs;
• rejection is returned to the trajectory as a tool error.
