Agent Skills

Agent Skills are knowledge modules loaded on demand, instead of bloating the system prompt. Three levels of progressive disclosure: (1) metadata — name + description of all Skills are constantly in context (hundreds of tokens); (2) the main SKILL.md is loaded when the model decides that the Skill is needed; (3) sub-documents and scripts — via links as necessary. The Description must be a routing condition ("when to use") with counter-examples. Skills provide a stable path for accumulating domain knowledge.
